Manufacturing Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Training Specialist to join our team at Intuitive. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs to manufacturing personnel on various topics, including manufacturing skills, quality system practices, and information technology tools.
- Training Delivery: Deliver on-the-job training courses to manufacturing personnel, assessing their skills and providing feedback to management.
- Training Data Management: Track and maintain training data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the training program.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel and the production line as needed.
- Certification and Auditing: Conduct training and certifications for manufacturing personnel, and perform weekly and monthly audits of manufacturing areas based on manufacturing standards and guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from manufacturing personnel to identify areas for improvement in the training process, and implement changes as needed.
- Education and Experience: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in ISI product manufacturing.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a firm understanding of Demand Flow Technology/Lean Manufacturing concepts and disciplines.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with relevant manufacturing-related software, such as Agile, SAP, and ISU, and a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Intuitive Surgical quality system requirements.
