Role Overview

As a Cloud Solutions Advocate, you will engage with our clients, vertical teams, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and Public Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) on significant, intricate projects to devise business and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand by establishing connections with various customer stakeholders, Cloud providers, and our account teams.
  • Assess and substantiate analyses while formulating recommendations for the client within the broader context of the engagement.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, CoE, and solutions teams to develop proposals.
  • Lead discussions with clients regarding their cloud transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Over 10 years of pertinent consulting experience in a professional services setting, with either a large or boutique consulting firm.
  • At least 4 years of experience serving clients in the HiTech sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Digital Native, Cloud & DevOps, FinTechs, and Technology platform companies.
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
  • Strong core consulting skills (including Storyboarding, Logical Structuring, Executive Presentation, Business Case development, etc.).
  • Experience in Project/Program Management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, depending on the nature of the work and the clients and industries you engage with.

Desirable:

  • Experience in constructing financial models for ROI analysis.
  • Leadership skills, along with knowledge and experience in Cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in assisting senior leadership teams in designing technology, process, and solution strategies.
  • Familiarity with System Development methodologies, along with strong interpersonal skills and leadership presentation capabilities.
  • Proven track record in business development and/or proposal development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation.
