The Role

We are seeking a Community Standards Associate to support our community standards team in preserving and enhancing property standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the community standards team, including coordinating modification applications, processing and tracking violations, and organizing and maintaining files.
  • Homeowner Support: Offer information, assistance, and materials to new and existing homeowners, including educating them on modification applications and governing documents.
  • Compliance Inspections: Assist with compliance inspections and ensure that homeowners are aware of and comply with community standards.
  • Communication: Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide timely and effective communication to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: One year of experience in a similar role, preferably in community management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, dependability, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
