- Administer Medications: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records.
- Document Resident Information: Accurately document resident information, including vital signs, service plans, and any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Protect resident confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and Resident Rights policies.
- Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: Six months to one year of related experience
- Certifications: MI Certified Nursing Assistant
- Skills: Ability to operate a computer, Electronic Medical Records, and basic first aid
