Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks for both the interior and exterior of the building
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, including the replacement of worn or defective components
  • Following a preventative maintenance schedule for all fixtures and equipment, while documenting maintenance activities in the logbook and Property Preservation Calendar
  • Replacing damaged parts in machinery and equipment, such as hoses, wiring, and belts
  • Providing assistance to other departments as required
  • Maintaining and servicing pool and spa areas, ensuring compliance with State and City regulations
  • Keeping precise records of key control changes
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
