Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a personable and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for assisting others. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors warmly and assist them as needed.
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing support and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
3. Assist the human resources team with administrative tasks, including processing ID badges and maintaining employee records.
4. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
5. Provide support to the executive team during meetings and events, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
6. Coordinate office activities, including catering and supplies.
7. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
8. Collaborate with other departments as requested.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency in data entry and Excel.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
