Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Bern's Steak House. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high volumes of guest needs, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle high volumes of guest needs, including reservations, requests, and inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications:
