Job Title: Director of Commercial Operations

At SpringWorks Therapeutics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading all field operations to ensure operational efficiency and customer effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field operations to enable field force effectiveness with customers, the product portfolio, and services.
  • Design and administer value-oriented incentive compensation plans.
  • Develop and implement action-oriented performance reporting for field activities.
  • Create field data analysis to support field direction and drive commercial performance.
  • Develop the targeting strategy in partnership with cross-functional partners, aligned to overall strategic imperatives and goals of the brand.
  • Lead efforts with regional team leads to update territory alignments.
  • Maintain Weekly Execution Dashboards and collaborate with Sales lead to develop and launch.
  • Ensure effective deployment and utilization of CRM (Veeva) in conjunction with IT.
  • Lead large cross-functional strategic projects to improve operational efficiency or customer experiences.
  • Serve as a chief of staff for the Sales Organization, acting as a thought-partner to Nation Sales Director, and organizing and driving the rhythm of decision-making and outputs to feed into key meetings and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 9+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 7 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 4 years' experience.
  • 3+ years of people leadership in biotech or pharmaceutical.
  • Relevant commercial operations experience working within a biopharma company.
  • 9+ years of experience working within a Commercial Organization.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a Commercial Field or Operations line function.
  • Sales analytics, CRM, and field performance reporting.
  • Strong background in strategy execution and project management.
  • Ability to anticipate and remediate problems that arise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
  • Experience with working in high growth, collaborative organizations.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to travel including overnight stay driven by business need.
  • This position must be able to work East Coast hours.

Location Classification:

Officially classified as working full-time from employee's home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.

OR

This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $184,000 – $245,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
