4. Develop and manage laboratory budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring the laboratory remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as laboratory science or healthcare administration.
