About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day's work, friendly and outgoing with an ability to quickly connect with others, motivated, ambitious, and relentless to get results. Outside sales experience and energy knowledge are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth outside the typical office environment
  • Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Benefits

  • Base pay plus uncapped commission

Work Schedule

  • Full-time – 8 hours a day
  • Monday to Friday with weekend work available
  • Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
