Role Purpose:
Oversee the financial operations of the facility. Supervise the Accountant and/or Account Clerk. Responsible for managing all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations including cost and general accounting activities, product costing, capacity planning, and time studies.
Analyze operating costs and variances.
Enhance and maintain various accounting systems.
Develop and maintain forecasting and budgeting models.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of special studies and projects.
Supervise staff.
Manage payroll systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Participate as a member of the Management Team responsible for planning, budgeting, and implementing TQM and Best Methods Program.
Maintain audit documentation and associated reporting.
Collaborate directly with external auditors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting
Five to eight years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, general accounting, and manufacturing accounting systems, including standard cost accounting and budgeting.
Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Accounting/Professional Designation
Familiarity with M P systems
Proficient in computer applications with advanced Excel skills
Maintain audit documentation and associated reporting.
