Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist financial advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing.
  • Manage and track multiple tasks and assignments, prioritizing deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the financial advisor team to develop and implement marketing strategies and client engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one or more years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Series 7 and SIE licenses required; Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses as required by state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
