Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership
    • Leverage our coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
    • Reward and recognize employees for their outstanding performance.
    • Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
    • Plan and lead daily team briefings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Ensure safety standards are maintained in all operations.
    • Direct the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent.
    • Make or influence employment decisions affecting the team, including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status.
    • Develop and execute maintenance solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Execute facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications.
    • Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize their contributions.
    • Coach employees by creating a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
    • Reward and recognize employees for their outstanding performance.
    • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are compliant with Aramark and client regulations.
  • Client Relationship
    • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
    • Deliver and model our service standards as a foundation for excellent customer service.
  • Financial Performance
    • Ensure the completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements or client budget statements.
    • Deliver client and company financial targets.
    • Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends.
    • Educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
Qualifications

We require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision.
  • The ability to multi-task is a must.
