Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role will be responsible for processing and managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and code invoices and customer refunds in a timely manner.
  • Perform batch payment processing and coordinate new vendor setup.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox and interact with suppliers, employees, and subsidiaries regarding payment issuance and status.
  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts related to A/P responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills, including MS Excel expertise.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to research and resolve payment/invoicing/contract issues.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
