Job Summary

Parkland Medical Center is seeking a skilled Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse RN to join our team. As a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide a safe and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a variety of settings, including ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical/Surgical Units.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or active Compact License.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • CPI certification within 60 days of hire.
  • PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • TNCC within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience required.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
