We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Endoscopy Specialist to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a key member of our Endoscopy Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the NH Nurse Practice Act and recognized nursing techniques.
- Work collaboratively with admissions, phase II recovery, and discharge teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist physicians with procedures and provide technical skills required to care for the specific patient population of the unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- New Hampshire Licensed Registered Nurse or RN Compact license.
- 2-year Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- 1-3 years of RN experience required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
