Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehab Department at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Document patient care, including CARE scores, and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote customer service initiatives and adhere to the Hospital Values.
Requirements
  • BLS certification is required, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) certification is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure is required.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
