Spectrum Enterprise, a leading provider of modern enterprise technology solutions, seeks an experienced sales leader to join its team. As a Manager of Enterprise Midmarket Sales, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team of Account Executives and Account Managers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in sales leadership to drive business growth and success. You will be accountable for motivating and developing your team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals, while ensuring compliance with Spectrum Enterprise policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals using supportive techniques
  • Attend sales calls and facilitate sales team meetings to discuss progress and provide coaching
  • Assign high-priority clients or business development to qualified team members to close deals
  • Conduct sales and team activities within compliance of Spectrum Enterprise policies and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Provide weekly reports on funnel, sales call activity, and 30/60/90-day forecasts

Requirements

  • Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Team building, team management, and English communication skills
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
