Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Processor II to join our team at DCU Inc. in Marlboro. As a key member of our mortgage loan processing team, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing mortgage loan files to ensure timely and accurate underwriter approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DCU policies.
  • Process mortgage loan applications, including obtaining and verifying data, and updating software applications as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with members, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to obtain services and resolve issues, while adhering to established department timelines.
  • Ensure all loan notifications and disclosures are complete, accurate, and distributed to applicants in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of secondary market guidelines, product and pricing changes, and DCU policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years mortgage or related experience.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in word, excel, and outlook.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
