Infosys is seeking a Sales Director to drive business growth and expansion in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment (CME) space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and competition, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

The Sales Director will be responsible for growing net new business and new enterprise account pipeline in the CME space. This will involve leveraging the Infosys ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to develop solutions that address client business problems.

The successful candidate will be a ground-breaking force behind developing platform solutions specifically geared towards Communications, Media, and Entertainment enterprises. They will also be responsible for identifying and closing new deals in the CME space, and will be the face of Infosys to the market, helping to position the company as an industry leader and trusted advisor.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with a minimum of 14 years of experience in sales, including strong sales experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience, as well as a track record of interacting and building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations.

Preferred qualifications include a history of achieving or overachieving sales targets, experience in S/W contract negotiations, and the ability to define specific solutions within abstract environments. The successful candidate will also be well-networked within the IT services industry and CME vertical, with the ability to identify upcoming RFPs/deals by networking with key client partners.
