About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at DaVita. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient and hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments, providing a high level of customer service and care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment logs, and other clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office and typing speed of 60 WPM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
