Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient and hospital facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Assisting patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and wear multiple hats while supporting a dynamic clinical team. Your skills and experience will be put to the test as you:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred
