POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate on-site operations by ensuring a consistent supply of staffing personnel, developing a robust pool of candidates to meet client demands, and providing support for site activities as required. The following responsibilities outline the essential functions of this position. The distribution of these tasks may vary based on the individuals involved and the specific site being supported.

65% - Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels including ATS, online research, social media, networking referrals, direct recruitment, resume databases, job advertisements, and other promotional methods to fulfill staffing needs across different site locations.
  • Conduct screenings, phone interviews, assessments, in-person interviews, and provide orientation for qualified candidates.
  • Execute comprehensive phone interviews adhering to the TRC Candidate Process or an approved client-defined process. Document each candidate's profile based on the insights gathered during the interview.
  • Promote qualified candidates to clients, utilizing the TRC defined workflow.
  • Adhere to the specific recruiting strategy for the site, as well as the overarching TRC recruiting plan for broader initiatives. All activities must be documented in TRC's ATS.
  • Draft and submit job advertisements as directed for open positions. For online postings, comply with templates established by the Marketing department. For print ads, follow branding guidelines set by the Marketing department.
  • Conduct pre-employment verifications for candidates being considered for internal or external review.
  • Initiate pre-employment screenings for applicants in collaboration with the Field Support Team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy regarding WOTC, E-Verify, and background checks for all candidates prior to placement. Maintain accurate documentation and results in ATS.
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% valid work verifications for all placements in your designated area.
  • Uphold TRC's policies and procedures while implementing quality control programs to be followed by all office personnel.
  • Exemplify professionalism and maintain an office environment that reflects the best image of TRC.
  • Stay informed about federal and state regulations regarding discrimination, wage administration, immigration, etc., as mandated by company policy. Ensure these items are posted as required.
  • Research and innovate new recruitment strategies while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

25% - Employee and Client Relations

  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to enhance recruitment efforts and gain familiarity with clients' operations and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure client orders are managed with professionalism and efficiency, filling them with the most qualified candidates.
  • Orient all qualified candidates properly and maintain positive relationships with employees to guarantee quality service to clients at the specific site.
  • Follow up with clients daily regarding employee absences or tardiness via phone or email, and perform quality checks on employees working at the site.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, express appreciation for their business, or address any issues related to order fulfillment or service quality.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the local market, including client locations, accessibility, parking options, operational hours, safety protocols, dress codes, and job descriptions.
  • Orient new hires to site-specific policies and procedures effectively. Maintain rapport with employees to ensure high-quality service to clients.
  • Train new hires on clocking in/out procedures accurately.
  • Ensure new hires are acquainted with site-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to their roles.
  • Ensure new hires understand client-specific communication expectations.
  • Make new hires aware of TRC's Employee Engagement program, Voice of the Employee initiative, and other employee relations efforts requiring their participation.

10% - Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office opening and closing procedures, including checking voicemail messages.
  • Prepare daily interview reference forms and applications.
  • Edit employee applications in ATS and process necessary maintenance for submission to the Corporate Office.
  • Timely process payroll for staffing employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Handle stop payments, W2 reprints, wage verifications, and direct deposit cancellations promptly.
  • Manage necessary paperwork related to employee separations when applicable.

Efficiently and accurately respond to incoming inquiries from candidates, employees, and clients via calls, emails, or requests.
