PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

The purpose of this position is to facilitate on-site operations by ensuring a steady influx of staffing personnel, developing a robust pool of candidates to meet all client requirements, and providing support in site operations as necessary. The following responsibilities outline the essential functions of this role, which may be shared or divided among team members based on site needs.

65% - Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels including ATS, online research, social media, networking referrals, direct outreach, resume databases, job advertisements, and other promotional methods to fulfill staffing needs across multiple site locations.
  • Conduct screenings, phone interviews, assessments, in-person interviews, and provide orientation for qualified candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive phone interviews adhering to the TRC Candidate Process or the client’s specified procedures. Document each candidate’s file based on the information gathered during the interview.
  • Promote qualified candidates to clients, utilizing the TRC established workflow.
  • Adhere to the specific recruiting strategy for the site, as well as the overarching TRC recruiting framework for broader initiatives. All activities must be documented in TRC's ATS.
  • Draft and submit advertisements as instructed for the purpose of recruiting for open positions. For online postings, comply with job advertisement templates set by the Marketing department. For print ads, follow branding guidelines established by the Marketing department.
  • Conduct pre-employment verifications for candidates submitted for either internal or external evaluation.
  • Initiate pre-employment screenings for applicants in collaboration with the Field Support Team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, including WOTC, E-Verify, and background checks for every candidate employed by TRC prior to placement. Maintain accurate documentation and results in ATS.
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% valid work verifications for all placements in your designated area.
  • Uphold TRC's policies and procedures, ensuring quality control programs are implemented and adhered to by all office personnel.
  • Exemplify professionalism and maintain an office environment that reflects the highest standards of TRC.
  • Stay informed about all federal and state regulations regarding discrimination, wage management, immigration, etc., as mandated by company policy. Display these items as required by company guidelines.
  • Explore and develop innovative recruiting strategies and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

25% - Employee and Client Relations

  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to enhance recruiting efforts and gain familiarity with client operations and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure client orders are handled with professionalism and efficiency, providing the most qualified candidates.
  • Orient all qualified candidates appropriately and maintain positive relationships with employees to guarantee quality service to clients.
  • Follow up with clients daily regarding employee attendance and performance, conducting quality checks on staff when supporting a specific site.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, express appreciation for their business, or address any issues regarding order fulfillment or service quality.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the local market, including client locations, accessibility, safety protocols, dress codes, and job specifications.
  • Properly orient all new hires to site-specific policies and procedures, ensuring they are well-informed about their roles.
  • Train new hires on timekeeping procedures and ensure they understand site-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarize new hires with client-specific communication expectations and TRC’s Employee Engagement initiatives.

10% - Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and checking voicemail messages.
  • Prepare daily interview reference forms and applications.
  • Edit employee applications in ATS and process necessary updates for submission to the Corporate Office.
  • Timely process payroll for staffing employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Handle stop payments, W2 reprints, wage verifications, and direct deposit cancellations as required.
  • Manage necessary documentation related to employee separations when applicable.

Efficiently and accurately respond to incoming inquiries from candidates, employees, and clients via calls or emails.
