Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Consultant to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for Platned Consulting LLC. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional sales support and lead market development initiatives to establish Platned as a primary Business Solution Supplier among clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IFS Applications and other relevant ERP systems to effectively communicate value proposition to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials to enhance the skills of colleagues.
