The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences for our rapidly expanding B2C customer base.
This strategic leader will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven plans that increase revenue, improve client satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the post-sale experience for our fast-growing B2C customer base, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Designing and executing data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes, leveraging behavioral and revenue data to inform decision-making.
- Building and delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate ROI, propose new revenue-driving campaigns, and bring best practices to relationships.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing innovative solutions to drive business results.
You Will Thrive Here If:
- You have 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Consultant, or similar at a high-growth SaaS, technology company, or consultancy.
- You possess a proven track record of data-driven projects that drive and expand contract value.
- You excel in communication, with strong skills across various personas within an organization.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, like software implementations.

Estimated Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
