About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Innovative Information Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying key markets, products, and customer segments.
  2. Lead the Sales and Marketing Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Brand Management and Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of brand management, digital marketing, and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  4. Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, driving repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience leading a sales and marketing team in a competitive environment.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial fuel and lubricants industry, with experience in petroleum wholesale marketing preferred.
  3. Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel, including Pivot tables, VLookup functions, IF functions, and macros.

Physical Demands:

  1. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
