We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide financial accounting and analytical support for various functional areas and departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of cost of sales, expenses, capital, headcount budgets, and forecasts for assigned areas.
  • Record month-end journal entries and accruals, ensuring all expenses are recorded in the month incurred.
  • Distribute departmental performance reports and analyze spending variances.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and serve as backup for coworkers as assigned.
  • Provide comprehensive financial support for assigned departments, including monthly performance reports, financial analysis, expense variance review, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate the development and assist in the preparation of all budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial planning calendar.
  • Train new analysts and stakeholders throughout the area of responsibility and provide necessary guidance and direction.
  • Assume leadership responsibility as necessary, including advocating for new ideas and serving as an example for coworkers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in progressive accounting roles.
  • CPA or CIA Certification preferred.
Work Environment

The work environment is quiet, and the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
