About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Ryder System, Inc. in a key role supporting our Final Mile operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze vendor performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide functional and technical advice and direction to team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and procurement, with a focus on contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict and reconcile differences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
  • Annual bonus potential of up to 10% of base salary.
