Key Responsibilities:Event Management for Gala and Cultivation:
- Oversee the production timeline for events and liaise with vendors
- Manage communications with honorees and talent leading up to the event
- Track the event budget and prepare financial reports
- Supervise the creation of printed and digital materials, including invitations
- Establish and manage the ticketing platform, among other tasks
Management of Donor Appeal Campaigns:
- Develop and maintain an annual Moves Management system for donor engagement
- Execute email campaigns for donors while monitoring income and expenditures
- Conduct research on potential supporters and organize donor events
Board Administration:
- Facilitate communication with the Board of Directors and coordinate meetings
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, and attend Board sessions
- Assist with compliance matters and prepare onboarding materials for new Board members
EDUCATION: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
EXPERIENCE: 2 to 4 years of experience in nonprofit administration and fundraising.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in database management, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.
Supervisory Duties: Co-manage an intern within the Development department.
Work Environment: This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office, with potential evening and weekend meetings.
