Huron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Philanthropy Consultant, Academic Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic philanthropy and fundraising plans that drive growth and success in the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic philanthropy and fundraising plans for higher education institutions
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the higher education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university leaders, development officers, and donors
- Provide training and coaching to development teams on best practices in philanthropy and fundraising
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy and fundraising
- 10+ years of experience in philanthropy and fundraising, with a focus on higher education
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic philanthropy and fundraising plans
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
