Role Summary:
The Senior Director of M&A Integration and Transformation will oversee critical aspects of the integration process for all acquisitions at Rocket Software. This role is pivotal in executing our operational excellence initiatives, aimed at unlocking organic growth opportunities, enhancing cost efficiencies, and increasing agility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead multiple M&A integration workstreams, managing the entire integration lifecycle from due diligence to execution.
2. Collaborate closely with deal teams, business units, and functional leaders to maximize value from M&A activities.
3. Drive cross-functional initiatives that require strategic alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
4. Identify operational challenges that hinder growth and assist in developing prioritization and solution strategies.
5. Communicate progress, milestones, and barriers to success to Rocket's executive leadership.
6. Establish and support governance models for integration and operational excellence, incorporating project management best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the core value drivers of acquisitions and design programs to realize that value.
2. Build effective partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders and engage external advisors as necessary.
3. Manage strategic and operational initiatives to coordinate, track, and document actions taken.
4. Identify and address organizational obstacles to progress, fostering collaborative solutions.
5. Relay concerns and opportunities for enhanced alignment to the leadership team.
6. Continuously enhance Rocket's M&A integration capabilities and skill sets.
7. Represent our corporate culture to prospective acquisition targets and external partners.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in leading strategic and operational initiatives, particularly in M&A integration and operational excellence.
- Proven track record of managing workstreams within a global enterprise, ideally with a background in integration and transformation consulting.
- Strong cross-functional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate diverse perspectives and priorities.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to new projects.
- Capacity to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
- Experience in the technology or enterprise software sector is highly desirable.
- An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
