Key Responsibilities
  • **Develop and Execute Specialty Pharmacy Strategy**: Lead the development and execution of our specialty pharmacy strategy, including the development of tactical plans and collaboration with Humana leadership to drive an integrated end-to-end specialty pharmacy experience.
  • **Lead a High-Performing Team**: Provide strategic leadership to a high-performing team of pharmacy professionals, growing the team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent.
  • **Drive Business Growth**: Drive major enterprise-scale decisions impacting CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy's P&L, such as vision-setting, initiative prioritization, and leadership.
  • **Build Strategic Partnerships**: Pursue partnership opportunities to bring strategic plans to life by highlighting and selling our bench strength and value to new customers.
  • **Advise Executive Team**: Function as a senior advisor to the executive team leading the Humana Pharmacy business, with the ability to be a strategic thought-partner and to synthesize and communicate complex ideas.
Requirements
  • **10+ Years of Experience**: 10 or more years in the healthcare industry and specialty pharmacy, with 8 or more years of management experience.
  • **Strong External Network**: Strong external network in specialty pharmacy and pharma, with deep specialty pharmacy experience and experience working with clients.
  • **Leadership Experience**: Proven success in expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of a multi-level team.
