Professor and Chair of Food Service and Lodging Management Department

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to serve as the Chair of the Department of Food Service and Lodging Management at the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the department's academic programs, including curriculum development and governance
- Recruit and manage faculty, ensuring a diverse and talented team
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the department's research and service initiatives
- Represent the department to students, faculty, administration, and industry partners
- Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
- Proven leadership experience in higher education or industry
- Demonstrated record of teaching, research, and service commensurate with a tenured faculty appointment
- Demonstrated research record with publications in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals
- Experience in hospitality industry operational management
