We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage clients and time-sensitive caseloads independently, while working collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing eligibility for U.S. visa status for corporate employees
  • Preparing and managing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Drafting complex responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Managing clients and time-sensitive caseloads independently
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
  • 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
