The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law, with a proven track record in assessing eligibility for U.S. visa status for corporate employees, preparing and managing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and drafting complex responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage clients and time-sensitive caseloads independently, while working collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities- Assessing eligibility for U.S. visa status for corporate employees
- Preparing and managing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
- Drafting complex responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Managing clients and time-sensitive caseloads independently
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
- 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Salary Range: $180K - $235K per year, based on experience
- Bonuses: Additional compensation for exceeding billable hours expectations
- Billable Hours Expectation: 1800 hours annually
