Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all sales initiatives pertinent to the North American market for a designated OEM.
  • Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for serial production, including pricing, research and development, and tooling.
  • Handle change management and cost analysis.
  • Engage in innovation projects and customer portal interactions.
  • Conduct all sales planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting for the North American business.
  • Coordinate internal interfaces with finance, accounting, engineering, logistics, production, quality, and project management.
  • Facilitate customer interactions across purchasing, engineering, accounting, logistics, and quality.
  • Report to central sales and divisional sales departments.
  • Comprehend and apply the company's sales processes and guidelines.
  • Manage pricing strategies within SAP.
  • Generate various reports from SAP and prepare relevant business charts and graphs, compiling, calculating, summarizing, and presenting data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering, sales, or controlling, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Basic familiarity with software tools such as SAP and CRM Dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred experience in project management, interdisciplinary team leadership, product presentations, and event coordination.
  • Willingness to travel to Mexico (less than 5%).
