Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Working Operator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies to support our daily manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish lab supplies for daily manufacturing use, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to prevent delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain area benchtop water baths, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and functioning properly.
  • Ensure materials are available for manufacturing requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production demands.
  • Stage pH and conductivity solutions for daily calibrations, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results.
  • Calibrate small benchtop lab equipment, including pH meters and conductivity meters, to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Gather small equipment for calibration, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Regularly interact with Manufacturing work centers, Warehouse, and Incoming Inspection to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and data entry.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
