Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Operator to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production team has all the necessary materials, supplies, tools, and resources to complete packaging orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate fill production manufacturing equipment
- Inspect and package the finished product
- Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities
- Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues
- Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written
- Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies FDA, ISO, and OSHA
- Follow all area safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas
- Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experiences with FDA FDA-regulated facilities, Production/Manufacturing environments, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, and PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum)
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- To learn new processes/functions
- Interpersonal Skills
- Good communicator
- Team player
What We Offer:
- Pay: $19.00 / hr.
- Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1st shift)
- Length: Contract (11 Months)
