Production Support Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Operator to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production team has all the necessary materials, supplies, tools, and resources to complete packaging orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fill production manufacturing equipment
  • Inspect and package the finished product
  • Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities
  • Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues
  • Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written
  • Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies FDA, ISO, and OSHA
  • Follow all area safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas
  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
    • Experiences with FDA FDA-regulated facilities, Production/Manufacturing environments, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, and PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum)
    • Ability to use a pallet jack
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting
    • To learn new processes/functions
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Good communicator
    • Team player

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $19.00 / hr.
  • Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1st shift)
  • Length: Contract (11 Months)
