Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Inventory Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product inventory databases, conducting physical counts of inventory, and ensuring our warehouse is organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate product inventory databases and conduct regular physical counts of inventory
- Work with the Operations team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and maintain a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for all inventoried products
- Schedule freight deliveries for outgoing products, obtain quotes, and complete necessary paperwork
- Pick and pack orders, drive a forklift, and move materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Computer proficiency and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Experience with FedEx and UPS manifest systems
- Self-directed and able to perform duties with limited supervision
- Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain lists of tasks and execute tasks over time with minimal reminders
- Lifting minimum 40lbs to maximum 75lbs required
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Driver's license required
