As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product inventory databases, conducting physical counts of inventory, and ensuring our warehouse is organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate product inventory databases and conduct regular physical counts of inventory
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and maintain a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for all inventoried products
  • Schedule freight deliveries for outgoing products, obtain quotes, and complete necessary paperwork
  • Pick and pack orders, drive a forklift, and move materials (up to 75 lbs)
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Experience with FedEx and UPS manifest systems
  • Self-directed and able to perform duties with limited supervision
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and ability to maintain lists of tasks and execute tasks over time with minimal reminders
  • Lifting minimum 40lbs to maximum 75lbs required
  • Forklift certification preferred but not required
  • Driver's license required
