Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ICAT Logistics, Inc.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently generating new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including medical vision and dental insurance, 401(K) retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our CX Team to onboard new accounts and communicate effectively with customers. Additionally, you will participate in weekly team meetings to gain continuous sales training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts
- Showcase ICAT's services and values to potential clients
- Collaborate with the CX Team to ensure seamless customer experience
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
BenefitsICAT Logistics, Inc. offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include life insurance, short/long-term disability coverage, gym membership, and quarterly incentive program.
