Job Summary

Tecstone Granite, a leading granite wholesaler in the USA, is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Director to lead our sales and service team. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 10 years of experience in sales and people management. As a Sales & Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, improving customer retention, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead a productive sales and service team, monitor performance metrics, and create actionable plans to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales and service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales revenue growth and improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated business plans for strategic growth accounts.
  • Establish and manage pricing and discount programs within budgeted plans.
  • Develop and maintain customer onboarding content with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and people management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using Salesforce as a KPI driver.
  • Strong organization skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
