Director of Sales and Customer Experience

Tecstone Granite, a leading granite monument wholesaler, is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Director to lead our sales and service team. This role requires a unique blend of sales, leadership, and customer service skills to drive sales revenue growth, improve customer retention, and ensure exceptional customer service.
About the TeamOur sales and service team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Sales & Customer Service Director, you will join a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales and service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales revenue growth and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated business plans for strategic growth accounts.
- Establish and manage pricing and discount programs within budgeted plans.
- Develop and maintain customer onboarding content with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and people management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using Salesforce as a KPI driver.
- Strong organization skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Tecstone Granite offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
