Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the production process in our shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership, with the ability to manage multiple departments and ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of service techs and production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement production plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control quality, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple departments and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
