Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Inland Empire Paper Co. in Spokane, WA. The selected candidate will plan and execute complex equipment maintenance, working with other Maintenance and Operations personnel to troubleshoot and repair process-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, start-up, test, inspect, repair, program, tune, maintain, and calibrate electrical equipment in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Work with other Maintenance and Operations personnel to troubleshoot and repair process-related challenges.
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience and/or apprenticeship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of working in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and willingness to learn new equipment and procedures as needed.
Benefits
  • Journeyman pay rate: $38.347/hr.
  • Additional pay can be earned as skills/certifications are obtained.
  • 4-10 day shift schedule, includes one weekend and one swing shift rotation every 5-6 weeks.
