Sales and Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Manager to join our Material Solutions team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a successful business development strategy in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the US market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the US.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US market and its dynamics.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market trends and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
