- Guide guests through the menu offerings and upsell in a friendly manner.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar tools and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Check identification to ensure that guests are of legal drinking age.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and drink presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Knowledge of Whiskey Joe's menu and brand is a plus.
- 24 hours paid Sick Time renewed yearly.
- Management Referral Program with up to a $4,000 payout for qualifying management positions.
