Job Title: Banquet Bartender

Specialty Restaurants Corporation is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a wide range of drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stock and maintain an adequate supply of liquor, mixes, and other bar supplies.
  • Collect payment and operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Balance and secure all moneys at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all Company and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of bartending experience required.
  • Must be able to pass bar training and validation process.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively communicate English.

Work Environment:

The Rusty Pelican is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be working in a team environment to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and balance and walk with heavy trays, dinnerware and drinks full time.
