Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Whiskey Joe's Tampa. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accurate food and drink orders, making menu recommendations and upselling throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pass server training and validation.
  • Neatly dressed and well-groomed in clean Company uniforms at all times.
  • Ability to operate P.O.S. computer, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions.

Benefits:

  • 24 hours paid Sick Time renewed yearly.
