As a full-time Office Manager - Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data. You will also be responsible for scheduling our team's deployment, ensuring efficient delivery of top-notch service to our valued customers. Additionally, you will handle billing and provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
  • Schedule team deployment to ensure efficient delivery of service
  • Handle billing and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
  • Stay informed about tax regulations and ensure company compliance
Requirements:
  • QuickBooks online experience
  • Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no late nights and no weekend work.
