Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and ensure every detail is meticulously recorded.
  • Orchestrate schedules to deploy our team efficiently and deliver top-notch service to our valued customers.
  • Handle billing and provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and stay informed about tax regulations and ensure company compliance.

Requirements:
  • QuickBooks online experience
  • Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with NO late nights and NO weekend work.
