Service Care has provided appliance repair in Birmingham, Alabama, and the surrounding area for nearly 30 years. Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and ensure every detail is meticulously recorded.
- Orchestrate schedules to deploy our team efficiently and deliver top-notch service to our valued customers.
- Handle billing and provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and stay informed about tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
Requirements:
- QuickBooks online experience
- Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with NO late nights and NO weekend work.
